Role Overview
As a senior talent acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Active contribution to developing a recruitment strategy, including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
- Proactive research and networking to identify new resources to fill future needs; supporting hiring managers in the recruiting process (coordinating interviews, assessments, approvals, etc.); and facilitating set-up and onboarding.
- Utilizing social media, job boards, internet sourcing, networking, career fairs, staffing firms, and other means to source candidates for open jobs and future needs.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, and hiring managers to identify current and future talent needs.
- Contributing to identifying future talent needs a plan and proactively recruiting and sourcing, developing talent pool or social engagements.
- Managing the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
- Using applicant tracking systems, other recruitment software, and ERP systems to track applicants from the selection phase through onboarding.
- Developing an integrated recruitment dashboard and report generation.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of related job experience.
- In-depth knowledge of competency-based interview and Psychometric tools, talent acquisition process, and employer branding.
- Proficient in creating reports to monitor metrics.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience in building talent acquisition digital and social media campaigns.
- Strong social networking.
- Good command of English, written and spoken.
- Familiar with ATS, and ERP systems.
- Effective communication.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation.
- Highly energetic.
