Role Overview
- Creating content for a variety of platforms (internal and external mediums) such as social media, blogs, websites, etc.
- Researching content and industry trends and industry-related topics to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
- Developing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and communications goals.
- Proofreading and editing content before publishing.
- Ensuring that SEO strategies are effectively implemented.
- Managing content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.
- Coordinating with different departments inside the company to ensure the timely delivery of assignments.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Literature, Journalism, Communications, or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of full-time work experience in medium or big organizations as a content specialist, communications specialist, or any related position.
- Agency experience in a similar role is a bonus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Deep understanding of organizational communication, brand management, and marketing communications in practice.
- Research-based and analytical approach to implement skills in practice.
- Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media.
- Passionate about her/his career.
- Creative approach toward problems.
