Project Driving Instructor 

Role Overview

This job operates on a rotational basis (16 working days and 14 days off) and is located at the company’s operational project sites. Due to the rotational nature of the job, the candidate’s residential location is not significant.

As a Project Driving Instructor, you will be responsible for: 

  • Identifying legal, organizational, and client requirements related to travel management (vehicle and driver safety) and planning to implement all requirements at project levels.
  • Planning to identify and update safety, health, and environmental risks of vehicles and implementing control plans according to company requirements.
  • Planning to identify impactful changes in transportation and vehicle safety processes and developing control plans.
  • Planning and conducting training courses tailored to legal requirements, company requirements, transportation process risks, and related change management.
  • Technical evaluation of drivers.
  • Daily inspection of all project vehicles.
  • Daily reporting to the HSE supervisor.

 

Candidate Requirements 

  • Age: 30-50 years old.
  • Gender: Male only.
  • Military service: Completion of military service or exemption is mandatory.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or Safety/Environmental Management.
  • Language: English proficiency above average
  • Software: Average proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft OneNote, Microsoft Outlook.
  • Mastery of driving safety principles.
  • Holding a defensive driving, class 1, special, and skilled driver’s license from the Automobile Federation.
  • Familiarity with road hazards and outdoor life.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Communication and teamwork skills.
