Role Overview
- Designing project databases based on project requirements.
- Designing forms for daily, monthly, weekly, status, permit, and other necessary reports in the project and obtaining client approval.
- Monitoring and reporting approved project plans including scheduling, resource planning, and production plans.
- Preparing periodic reports on work progress along with an analytical approach to the causes of delays and project status, and holding meetings with project execution teams.
- Preparing, sending, and following up on client status reports and reviewing, registering, and following up on contractor status reports.
- Monitoring and determining deviations from project plans and ensuring the implementation of change management processes.
- Preparing periodic project reports such as daily, monthly, and weekly reports, and others.
- Collecting and preparing project cost reports in the form of monthly cost reports.
- Supervising, monitoring, and approving human resource and equipment recruitment requests in the project according to the approved project resource plan.
- Reviewing and controlling daily reports from project execution teams.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6 software
- Mastery of procedures and guidelines in the field of upstream project planning and control and EPC in the oil and gas sector; procedures and specialized guidelines for project planning and control
- Project management expertise (project management concepts based on PMBOK)
- Familiarity and full proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system IFS
- Ability to establish and monitor Integrated Management System (IMS)
