Role Overview
- Allocating vehicles based on operational requirements.
- Conducting safety equipment inspections on vehicles according to scheduled plans.
- Planning and supervising service and periodic inspection based on provided programs, completing checklists, taking appropriate actions, reporting faults, and following up.
- Periodic inspections of vehicles to identify deficiencies and shortcomings, and following up on corrective actions.
- Recording the performance of contractor vehicles and company drivers.
- Acquiring vehicles and completing necessary documents for contract closure.
- Compliance with company’s quality system, regulations, internal policies, and daily reporting.
- Managing fuel delivery to contractors and company vehicles.
- Identifying and evaluating safety and health risks.
- Collaborating with the QHSE department.
- Daily reporting and Completing daily forms.
- Monitoring deviations from the quality system.
- Identifying environmental hazards and taking preventive actions.
- Implementing corrective/preventive actions related to equipment maintenance.
- Timely follow-up on driver-reported faults.
- Recording and reporting faults to maintenance workshop and following up until resolved.
- Implementing changes among drivers regarding vehicle equipment and technical condition.
Candidate Requirements
- Age: 30 – 35
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in English.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office suite.
- Possession of defensive driving certificate.
- Behavioral Competencies: Planning and organizing, contractor management, conflict management, analytical thinking, risk management, time management, communication skills, stakeholder management.
