OVERVIEW
At Dana Energy, we are committed to empowering students and recent graduates by creating structured pathways into the energy industry. Through tailored programs like the Dana Energy Graduate Program, the CO-UP Program, and participation in job fairs, we help young talent gain practical insights, hands-on experience, and direct engagement with professionals. Our goal is to bridge the gap between academic study and industry application, enabling students and graduates to transition seamlessly from education to meaningful careers. By offering immersive training, networking opportunities, and mentorship, we support emerging professionals in building the skills and confidence needed to thrive in a competitive field.
Graduate Program
The Dana Energy Graduate Program is a specialized initiative that equips recent graduates with hands-on experience in the energy sector. Focusing on the Rig discipline, the program offers direct training and fieldwork to help graduates develop practical skills as drillers. With plans to expand into Well Services, we are committed to broadening learning opportunities. This program empowers graduates to bridge the gap between their academic knowledge and industry demands, supporting their journey toward impactful and rewarding careers.
CO-UP Program
The CO-UP Program at Dana Energy invites university students to immerse themselves in the energy industry by taking a semester off to gain practical experience. Students work alongside industry professionals, applying their academic skills in real-world scenarios and gaining insights that enhance their future career prospects. This program offers students a valuable glimpse into the sector’s dynamics, providing a foundation for a more informed and prepared entry into their professional lives.
Job Fairs
Dana Energy actively participates in job fairs at universities and industry events, engaging directly with students interested in energy careers. These events offer an ideal opportunity for students to learn about the field, explore diverse roles, and connect with our team to better understand career paths available within the industry. By encouraging this early engagement, we help guide students in navigating potential career options and building a clear path toward a future in energy.
