Role Overview
- Reviewing financial statements and ratios and assessing the company’s readiness for supply and acceptance, providing a roadmap for reforms and improvements aimed at accepting and operational follow-up.
- Developing long-term financial plans and operational, financial, and investment budgets, as well as providing periodic reports to financial institutions and capital market stakeholders such as the board of directors’ performance report.
- Following up on the implementation of supply and acceptance requirements and regulations and guidelines of the Stock Exchange Organization in target companies, preparing them, and liaising with relevant organizations and companies.
- Following the executive process of all stages of supply and acceptance, including preparing justification reports, registration statements, forms, necessary contracts, and prospectuses for supply and acceptance in the capital market.
Candidate Requirements
- Ability to analyze financial statements.
- Planning and budgeting skills.
- Proficient in the regulations and guidelines of the Stock Exchange Organization and stock exchanges and over-the-counter markets.
