Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the Oil Tools Manufacturing business unit’s products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Plan and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Foster relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and drive lead generation.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the oil and gas or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, including lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and utilization of marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in managing and leading a marketing team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and online advertising strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate across departments.
  • Familiarity with oil tools manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus.
