That is the foundation of our story; a story built upon a dream that flourished and branched out into the reality that we are living today. Our story is a realized dream of Energy prosperity in a world where access to affordable and reliable energy is not an option for everyone. The World Bank identifies the issue of energy as one of the most important obstacles to prosperity and comfort in the world, because without it, no country will ever reach growth, productivity, literacy, and knowledge. Today, over 50% of the world's population lives in conditions that fall below the average level of the human development index, and access to reliable and affordable energy is recognized as one of the key solutions to address this crisis.

As a newly-established private company in Iran's oil and gas sector, we knowingly entered a challenging industry, fully aware of the immense difficulties that lay ahead. Recognizing that significant change required grand measures, we sought to attract the industry's best talents and experienced professionals—a demanding task for a startup. However, a shared dream became a rallying force for the team, and through patience, meticulous planning, and leveraging our competence and expertise, we overcame initial setbacks. After various hardships and gradual growth, we had well delivered the message of stability and quality to the industry experts. Nevertheless, as the foremost private entity in Iran's oil and gas sector, we still needed to demonstrate our commitment and durability, traits that are not easy to prove in a short span of time.

These traits manifested themselves in the Dasht-e-Abadan project, which was abandoned by the previous contractors and thereby, entrusted to Dana Energy. It was considered the most difficult geophysical project in Iran's history. Despite the withdrawal of our Canadian partner, Dana Energy decided to stay and carry out the project, investing in infrastructure and attracting young talents. The project resulted in the discovery of the Arvand oilfield and conveyed the messages of resilience and commitment to the industry. It turned the young team into experts and experienced individuals, and helped the company establish its name and brand in the industry.

Today, we take great pride in the fact that Dana Energy is not just a pioneering and successful name in the energy industry but also one united team comprising many talented individuals. What truly unites us is not just our shared involvement in the energy sector, but also our collective dream of creating a better world and pursuing prosperity. Our team is driven by a common energy, one that is fueled by our resolute commitment to making a positive impact and improving the lives of others. It is this shared sense of purpose that inspires us to work together and strive towards achieving our dreams.
