THE INSIDE EDIT

The corridors and halls that usually host business meetings and important decisions took on a different atmosphere on Thursday, 8 October. To celebrate Children’s Day, Dana Energy welcomed employees’ children to its headquarters for a day filled with laughter, play and shared experiences.

Designed to create happy memories for employees’ families, the event brought together music, group games, exciting competitions and puppet shows. For a few hours, the children got to experience their parents’ busy workplace through a world of colour, play and discovery.

Having children at the workplace is more than a simple gathering. It is a reminder of a fundamental value: the work we do at Dana Energy today helps build a brighter tomorrow for the very generation visiting us.

The positive feedback from employees and their children added to the value of the event. Survey responses showed that most participating parents had a positive experience, with particularly favourable feedback on communication, the variety of activities and childcare arrangements. These responses reflected the event’s success in creating a memorable experience for families.

As the lively day came to an end, the children’s smiles left a lasting impression across Dana Energy’s headquarters. Their energy offered a simple reminder of why we continue working together each day: to help build a better future.
