Dana Energy’s 2026 summer internship program welcomed 25 university students across its headquarters and operations functions. This year’s program introduced several new elements alongside the experience of previous years.
Twenty interns joined Dana Energy’s headquarters functions, while five joined the operations side. The headquarters team selected students from the University of Tehran, Sharif University of Technology and Amirkabir University of Technology. The operations team selected the five interns from the Petroleum University of Technology.
The 2026 program introduced two notable additions. For the first time, Dana Energy included Sharif University of Technology among its target universities for intern recruitment. The program also gave interns the opportunity to visit Dana Energy’s Oil Tools Factory.
The strong feedback from previous internship programs generated significant interest in this year’s call for applications. Dana Energy reviewed applications against its required competencies and the available capacity. The selection process ultimately brought twenty five students into the program.
One of the highlights of the month-long program was the commitment of Dana Energy’s managers and specialists. They continued to train interns and share their experience, even during challenging and demanding circumstances.
